Ice cream with Marrons Glacés (2)
Instructions
Marrons glacés, blended with the cream and the milk.
In a bowl beat the egg yolk with sugar and, when frothy, add the liqueur.
Mix the mixture for marrons glacés.
Pour into ice cream maker and let it harden for about 20 minutes, or according to the instructions indicated on the appliance.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 250 g of marrons glacés
- 20 cl of milk
- 15 cl of cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g of sugar
