Almond jelly with pineapple
Instructions
Pour spoonfuls of agar-agar in 150 cl water and boil until the powder dissolves.
Pour in the liquid.
In evaporated milk, sugar and almond essence.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Pour into a container.
Allow to cool and put in the refrigerator until it becomes solid gelatin.
Cut the jelly into small cubes and place in bowls combined.
On each portion pour the pineapple (cut into cubes) and its syrup.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 1/2 teaspoons of agar-agar powder
- 23 cl of evaporated milk
- 100 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of almond essence
- 1 box of pineapple
