Pork jelly
Instructions
Put to boil pig parts in lots of salted water for about 3 hours.
Then set aside the meat broth, add to a glass of vinegar and boil for a long time to reduce it to 1/4 of the amount initial.
Let it sit for a whole night.
The next day, strain the broth and add juice of lemon; direction and pour it over the meat already sliced and arranged on the plates and topped with pepper ground red.

- 1000 g of pork
- 1 pork foot
- 1 pig's ear
- 1 glass of wine vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Red pepper
