Orange Jelly (Gelatina di Arance)
Instructions
Soak the orange peels in the gelatine liquid for at least 1 hour.
Combine jelly orange juice, mix and filter.
Combine the liqueur, reshoot everything and divide the mixture into 4 bowls.
Place in the refrigerator until serving.
Garnish with sliced oranges and bring to the table.

- 40 cl of gelatin for desserts
- 2 oranges (grated)
- 1 glass of blonde orange juice
- 1 dram of mandarin
- 1 orange slices
