Orange jelly
Instructions
Marinate Orange rinds in the gelatin for 1 hour.
Combine the orange juice and filter through a moistened cloth.
Combine the liqueur, mix and pour the gelatin into 4 bowls.
Put them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Garnish with orange slices and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 40 cl of basic sweet jelly
- 2 oranges (grated)
- 1 glass orange juice
- 1 dram of curacao or mandarin liqueur
- To decorate:
- 1 oranges (sliced)
