Catalan gazpacho
Instructions
Prepare washing well tomatoes and peppers.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until obtaining a very liquid sauce with tiny fragments.
At this point go 15 minutes in the freezer and then serve it in a glass with accompanying bread.
Okay, rather dry bread or bread box too.
The garlic should be dosed according to personal taste but it's the flavor of the concoction.
Serve icy! Do not keep for more than a day and should be kept in the fridge.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 5 medium-sized red tomatoes
- 1 great pepper
- 1/2 carousel
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 4 dashes of worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes of wine vinegar
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 6 leaves of basil
- 200 g of cooking cream
- Little of water (1/3 cup)
