Jumbo shrimp to bordeaux
Instructions
Peel and cut into small diced carrot and then let them dry shallots in butter with a sprig of thyme, chopped.
Meanwhile you blast in another pan the prawns peeled not with 2 tablespoons oil and then innaffiateli with the Cognac and fiammeggiate.
Add the dried vegetables, tomatoes and the chopped parsley.
Wet with wine, salted lightly, add the paprika and bake in pan covered for 10 minutes.
Accompanied with preparation of rice pilaf.

- 8 fresh prawns
- 2 shallots
- 1 carrot
- 4 tablespoons of tomato pulp
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 dram of cognac
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 20 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
