Shrimp with broccoli
Instructions
Divide into florets the cauliflower and lessarlo for 20 minutes in salted boiling water with vinegar.
Also divide the broccoli and boil them for 15 minutes.
Blanch the prawns and sgusciarli.
Jump for 3-4 minutes in a large pan with the oil.
Combine the drained vegetables and let flavor lively focus.
Add salt to taste, flavour with the chopped parsley and thyme leaves.

- 20 prawns
- 500 g of broccoli
- 200 g of cauliflower
- 1 glass of white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Salt
