Green shrimp
Instructions
Bring to the boil three-quarters of water with the wine and a pinch of salt.
Throw yourself through switch the shrimps and cook 5 minutes from resumption of boil, then drain.
Meanwhile Peel and wash the parsley and put it in the mixer with the cucumbers, chives, anchovy, vinegar, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Blend until obtaining a homogeneous sauce and if necessary add a little oil.
Remove the crust from the bread, cut the slices in half to get and let them toast triangles.
Stir the shrimp to the sauce, spread the mixture on crostini and it three apiece.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of frozen shelled shrimp
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 handful of parsley
- 3 pickles
- 4 stems of chives
- 1 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 slices of bread
- Salt
