Shrimp in bowl
Instructions
Clean the prawns, wash them and dry them with kitchen paper.
In a saucepan melt the butter soft focus and bring it to a boil without burning.
Pour it into a bowl.
Put half of the butter in the saucepan and add the shrimp, cuocendoli for a few minutes, adding the spices, nutmeg, paprika, black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Pour into a small bowl and cover with the remaining butter and add, if necessary, more melted butter.
Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Serve the shrimp Terrine with toasted slices of bread.

- 350 g of shrimps
- 180 g of salted butter
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of mixed minced spices
- Toasted slices of bread
- Salt
