Chef's shrimp
Instructions
Clean and wash the carrot and onion and finely chopping; put the mixture in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and let it wilt.
Add the shrimp and parsley, washed and chopped, salt, stir and let stand for a few minutes.
Finally, sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate.
After a few minutes remove from heat.

- 800 g of shrimp cleaned and washed
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
