Sautéed peas with shrimps
Instructions
Shelled, wash and dry the shrimp, put them in a bowl with the egg white and cornstarch; mix well and place in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
You heat the oil in a pan (or in wok), add the prawns and cook a few minutes to fire, stirring well; remove them and then draining with a shovel and keep aside.
Increase the heat of the oil, put in the Pan previously peeled ginger and chopped and when it will issue its scent add peas, salt, sugar and cook for another two minutes, stirring; Add the shrimp, sakè, a sprinkling of pepper and continue cooking for a minute or two.
Served piping hot.

- 400 g of shrimp
- 300 g of peas
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- 1 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of maizena
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of sake
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
