Shrimp arugula
Instructions
Bring to a boil half a glass of water and white wine and shrimp lessarvi for a few minutes.
Coarsely chop the arugula.
Drain the shrimp and combine them still hot to Arugula.
Dissolve the salt with the juice of half a lemon into a small bowl and dilute it with oil.
Season the shrimp and Arugula with this sauce and serve while still warm.

- 200 g of shrimps
- 50 g of arugula salad
- 30 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup of white wine
