Gently Brown the Turkey in lard by joining half chopped onion and diced Bacon; Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour; combine the wine and then the water almost to cover; bring cooking, then add the egg yolks beaten with lemon juice, parsley and chopped Marjoram.
