Instructions

Picket the meat with Rosemary and Sage, chopped salt and pepper, coat with a layer of Pate, saute in olive oil and butter, sprinkle with the brandy and cook for about 90 minutes by diluting the stock.

Tie the bottom with cooking cream, pour the sauce over the roast, cut into slices and serve.
