Fusilli with zucchini and walnuts
Instructions
Cook fusilli.
prepare the sauce by putting the butter in a frying pan with the oil and the garlic.
Add Zucchini cut into julienne strips, salt and pepper.
Add a little flour and Peppermint, wet with white wine and add the walnuts chopped walnuts.
Serve the pasta with the sauce, parmesan and a sprinkling of parsley.
