Instructions
Beat the 2 egg yolks, combine 3 tablespoons cream, parmesan, 4 1 pinch of pepper and salt.
In 1 pan melt the butter, add the remaining cream and let it heat for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped cooked ham and chopped, heating up the whole thing before you join a handful of Parmesan.
Cooked and drained pasta, pour over first mixture with the egg, then the one with ham.
Stir and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta fusilli
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g of ham
- 20 g of butter
- 20 cl of cream
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
