Fusilli with white sauce
Instructions
In a saucepan then braise the celery, carrots and onions finely chopped, olive oil extra virgin.
Wet with wine and then with broth.
Add the meat, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for 1 hour, adding broth a little at a time.
Cook fusilli and season with white sauce.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of stuffings
- 3 carrots
- 1 heart of celery
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon of minced marjoram
- 1 glass white wine
