Fusilli with cheese
Instructions
Boil the penne in salted water, drain underdone.
Seasoned pasta baked in an ovenproof dish with cream and cheese, then bake for a few minutes in hot oven to 200 degrees and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 360 g of type pasta fusilli
- 100 g of taleggio cheese cubed
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese cubed
- 100 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 1 jar of cooking cream
