Fusilli pasta with artichokes (2)
Instructions
Make a sauce with onion, garlic and parsley.
Clean the artichokes, cut them into small pieces and add them to the sauce.
Pour a glass of white wine and let it evaporate into focus.
Season with salt, cover and cook until the artichokes are tender, adding gradually a little water.
Cook fusilli in salted water, toss with artichokes and sauce with a sprinkling of Parmesan.

- 320 g of type pasta fusilli
- 4 artichokes
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Sprinkling 1 of parmigiano-reggiano
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
