Baked Mushrooms (Funghi Porcini al Forno)
Instructions
Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems from the chapel.
Chop the stems and set the pulp of the Chapel, and then Sauté in butter, two tablespoons of olive oil after adding garlic.
Cook for about 15 minutes.
Add tomatoes and anchovies, which must be cut into pieces, add salt, pepper and let Cook for half an hour.
Meanwhile, in a bowl beat the eggs with the parmesan and breadcrumbs, then mix with the tomatoes and anchovies.
Fill the chapels with the mixture and bake for 40 minutes.
