Stuffed anchovies
Instructions
Clean the anchovies and deprive them of head and fishbones.
Mix the breadcrumbs soaked in milk and squeezed with an egg, parmesan, salt, pepper and oregano.
Inframezzandole anchovies pairing with the stuffing, make them join and pass it before in beaten eggs with salt and then in the breadcrumbs.
After 30 minutes fry them in boiling oil.
Serve well-heated with lemon.

- 600 g of anchovies
- 2 sandwiches
- Milk
- 3 eggs
- 70 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Some of lemon wedges
