Mushrooms in aiolì sauce
Instructions
Peel the mushrooms, spray them with a little lemon juice and cut them into thin slices.
Scottatele for a few minutes in boiling water, drain and pour in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped herbs.
Simmer slowly in mushrooms sauce and add salt and pepper, remove from heat and place in serving dish.
Prepare the sauce aiolì.
