Mushrooms in salads (2)
Instructions
The starters are the best mushrooms for a salad, but are good, if very tender, even mushrooms.
Clean them, cut them into very thin slices.
Chopped celery, to cubes the cheese, washed, dried and cut the hearts of lettuce.
Dressed with a sauce made of olive oil, lemon juice, chopped an anchovy, egg yolk and a pinch of salt tossed.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of royal agarics mushrooms
- 3 hearts of lettuce salad
- Celery
- 50 g of gruyere cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 anchovy
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
