Mushrooms and celery
Instructions
Cut the celery into pieces and put it in a clay pot with olive oil, salt and 1 clove garlic on fire was not too high.
Combine the coriander seeds, crushed and browned slightly stirring.
Brown the mushrooms with oil and garlic.
When the celery will be al dente, add mushrooms, thyme, fennel seeds, pepper, slightly crushed.
