Instructions

Peel, wash and slice the mushrooms and onions.

In a saucepan melt the butter and oil and dry vegetables.

Season with salt, pepper and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Almost at the end of cooking add the cream and let it thicken, stirring continuously.
