Mushrooms with shallots
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, slice.
Chop some stems and put them aside.
In a pan heat 4-5 tablespoons oil, add the mushrooms and sauté over high heat.
Season with salt, and pepper and bring to a medium heat and cook in covered saucepan.
Cooking sauce should and keep them warm.
Combine the sauce and shallot chopped stems and cook for 10 minutes.
Combine the lemon juice and parsley, stir and pour the sauce over mushrooms.

- 600 g of mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
