Instructions

FRY 500 g sliced Eggplant and flour, then 500 g of yellow and green peppers and finally 500 g of finely chopped onions.

Combine vegetables in a crock and pour tomato sauce obtained 500 g tomato sifting fried with salt, pepper, 2 Bay leaves and 1 teaspoon sugar.

Add salt, pepper and fresh focus for 5 minutes, shaking the pan to mix well all the ingredients.

Serve warm.
