Fried vegetables murciana
Instructions
In a glass of oil fry the yellow and green peppers and, most recently, the finely chopped onions.
Merge the three vegetables in a crock and pour over the tomato sauce obtained sifting soffritti tomatoes with salt, pepper, 2 Bay leaves and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Add salt, pepper and fresh focus for 5 minutes, shaking the pan to mix well all the ingredients.
Serve warm.

- 250 g of sweet yellow peppers
- 250 g of green peppers
- 500 g of finely chopped onions
- 500 g of tomatoes
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
