Instructions
Beat the eggs with the sugar, the grated rind of half a lemon, a tablespoon of Rum and Sherry or Marsala.
Add a pinch of salt, raisins in a damp towel clean and pine nuts; Add the yellow and white flour sifted with three-quarters of a sachet of yeast.
Place over heat the pan fried with plenty of oil, or lard, and when it will be piping hot dipped in the mixture prepared highlighting a scant teaspoon at a time, getting so round dumpling and swollen.
As they become browned and slightly crispy on the outside drain and let them ' dry ' on a paper towel then fixing it on the plate.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar sent down from sieved and serve hot, warm or cold.

- 150 g of 00 white flour

- Baking powder
