Pavese rice pancakes
Instructions
Together in a saucepan the milk, rice, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Bring to the boil and Cook Sweet flame until the rice has absorbed the liquid.
Remove from heat and remove the vanilla.
Dilute the yeast in a little warm water, mix the rice, cover and let stand for 2 hours.
Peel and chop the pistachios.
Beat eggs and when done, the rice with pistachio nuts, sweetener, flour, a teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 pinches of nutmeg.
Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
Puree strawberries with sugar until you obtain a homogeneous sauce.
Fry the rice spoon.
Drain the fritters on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve warm with the sauce again to strawberries.

- 100 g of sweet rice
- 50 cl of skim milk
- 100 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 70 g of sweet sweetener
- 5 g of brewer's yeast
- 50 g of shelled pistachios
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
- == 1 stick of Vanilla
- Icing sugar
- 200 g of strawberries
- 60 g of sugar
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
