Instructions

Wash 200 g of rice and let it soak in cold water for 1 hour.

Not too fine grind it and add 1 tablespoon butter, crushed and 1 banana 150 g sugar.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a small frying pan and cook the mixture 1/4 stretch at the bottom of the pan.

Cook on both sides.

Repeat the operation to get 4 rice pancakes can be eaten hot or cold.
