Instructions

Incorporate the flour yeast dissolved in lukewarm water.

Knead and let rise.

Boil the rice well cooked.

Leave it to drain and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, grated lemon peel; allow to cool.

Stir the rice to the dough and let it rise another 2 hours.

Heat the oil in a frying pan; let you fall off the spoon and FRY.

Sprinkle with sugar and serve warm.
