Instructions
Long rice Cook in milk, 1 pinch of salt.
When you have unpacked a bit, let it cool down.
Then add the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon zest.
In a pan heat the oil and when will fuming dip spoon rice mixture, doing well the fritters Brown, drain and place on absorbent paper.
Serve on a platter, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- 3 eggs

- Icing sugar
