Rice pancakes
Instructions
Cook rice in milk, adding a pinch of salt and the lemon rind.
Stir occasionally and when it is cooked, remove from fire, add the sugar and let it cool down for a few moments.
Add slowly the flour, raisins (which you left in warm water for some time) and candies.
Finally pour the yolks and egg whites.
With floured hands make meat balls which then appiattirete.
Put them in flour and FRY in hot oil.
Drain and place on a paper towel to lose the anointed.
Serve hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of rice
- 100 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 50 g of white flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 handful of sultanas
- 1 handful of candied fruit cut into cubes
- Frying oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar
