Raw potato pancakes
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin fillets with vegetable slicer, place them in a colander and let lose all their water.
In a bowl beat the eggs, add the potatoes (which are darkened) and lots of flour, passed through a strainer, just enough to get a compound it too thick nor too liquid.
Do heat plenty of oil in a pan, pour the mixture spoon and fry the pancakes on both sides.
Drain, place them on a paper towel, add salt and serve piping hot.
They are also served, sugary fried them.
