Instructions

With the appropriate tools, Peel and core material 1 Apple stayman (sour).

Cut sliced off (remove the 2 caps) rather thick (so you get 4) and put them 5-6 minutes to waste paper on a plate sprayed with a few tablespoons of rum.

In this time, in a blender, prepare a batter rather slight blending well: 1 whole egg + 1 yolk only; 1 glass of milk; 2 tablespoons rum of the dish of apples; 1 tbsp white flour; 2 tablespoons sugar; a salt pot holder.

4 dipping Apple slices in the batter and then pass them in a pan, in plenty of sunflower seed oil piping hot, and FRY 3-4 minutes per side.

Drain, then dry them on absorbent paper towels to excess oil, then accomodarle, lace paper, at the Centre of the plate with round, 2 each, the other 2 (rice and sweet flour), trimmed, the middle hole from which it was removed, the core of which is obtained by diluting cremina of Strawberry Jam with raspberry syrup and lemon juice.
