Instructions
Sift the flour in a bowl and table water: as you add the eggs previously beaten and cold milk than it takes to have a thickish batter.
Let it rest 10 minutes and peel the apples, discard the cores and cut them into cubes of about an inch and a half; then add them to the batter, stirring gently.
Put on the heat of the pan fried with plenty of oil and just hot will let fall a few spoonful of mixture; Fry the pancakes on one side and on the other, and when they are estraetele with the Golden shovel, carefully drain, place them on a plate covered with white paper towel and keep them warm on the mouth of the oven turned on.
Continue to prepare all other pancakes.
