Instructions
Mix cubed fontina cheese, the meat and the bread crumbs, then add the eggs, season with nutmeg and chopped parsley and a few leaves of Basil and Marjoram.
The dough should be soft enough, then if necessary, thin with a little milk.
Heat the oil and fry the mixture spoon.
Serve hot fritters and gilded.
