Instructions
Cut the carrots in filini.
Dilute the flour with enough water to form a batter not too runny incorporate the finely chopped onion, marjoram leaves, carrots, salt and pepper.
Fry the mixture in spoonfuls in hot oil, drain the fritters on absorbent paper towels.
Add salt and serve piping hot.

- 4 carrots
- 200 g of chickpea flour
- 4 sprigs of marjoram
- 1/2 small onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
