Carrot pancakes (2)
Instructions
Put in the mixer cores, the egg and the egg yolk, flour and milk.
Blend until mixture is smooth.
Then salt and form of pancakes.
Bake a pancake at a time, from all parties, 2 in a non-stick frying pan with butter.
Arrange all the pancakes in a pan greased, spolverizzarle with cheese and parsley and pass them under the grill for 2 minutes.

- 2 boiled carrots
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg
- 50 g of flour
- 30 cl of milk
- 100 g of grated gruyere cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Butter
- Salt
