Pancakes with yogurt
Instructions
Soak the raisins in warm water.
Work in the butter cream and sugar then stir in the eggs one at a time, the yoghurt, the sifted flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and raisins squeezed.
Mix well all the ingredients.
Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan.
Gather the mixture in spoonfuls and throw them into the oil, Brown the pancakes on both sides, drain well and serve hot.

- 125 g of yoghurt
- 80 g of butter
- 50 g of sugar
- 30 g of sultanas
- 3 eggs
- 400 g of flour
- 1 sachet of vanilla baking powder
- Cinnamon powder
- Olive oil
