Instructions

Bring to a boil the milk with the sugar and a pinch of salt, add the rice, raisins and coconut.

Cook over low heat, stirring, until the milk is absorbed.

Let cool and add the eggs.

Pour the countertop anointed with oil and level up to make a top 3 cm square.

Cut into lozenges, flour them and fry them in hot oil.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve sprinkled with coconut.
