Eggrolls with saffron
Instructions
Slice the onion, browned it in a little oil, add a teaspoon of tomato paste and means of Saffron dissolved in a little hot water.
Cook for about 10 minutes, add salt and pepper.
Softened into a bowl three spoonfuls of flour with a glass of milk, add the beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
In a small frying pan, melt a little butter, put a little composite and many eggrolls, at the center of each place a little fried, ripiegatele, place on a hot serving dish and serve immediately.
