Shell the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites.
Beat the first with sugar, then add the cocoa and the starch stirring with wooden spoon 1.
Add the liqueur, add the pine nuts and egg whites.
Put on the fire 1 frying pan, melt the butter, pour in the mixture and leave to thicken the omelette from part 1.
Rivoltarla with 1 lid, slide it back into the Pan and cook the other side.
