Vermicelli frittata
Instructions
Boil until al dente and drain the vermicelli, drizzle with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Beat the eggs and salt, then mix them with vermicelli.
Meanwhile, put on the heat a pan with a little oil.
When the oil is hot, pour into the pan the vermicelli, lower the flame and, when the pasta is cooked on one side, turn to cook the other side.

- 600 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 7 eggs
- 150 g of butter
- 100 g of parmigiano
