Pea frittata
Instructions
Saute for 5 minutes in a little oil and butter chopped garlic and parsley and peeled tomatoes into small pieces.
Combine the peas, salt, pepper and cook covered for 30 minutes, basting, if necessary, with hot water.
Beat the eggs with the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, Basil and cooked peas.
Bake the omelet as usual and serve with lettuce, Arugula and shredded onions.

- 300 g of peas
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Little of olive oil
- Little of butter
- Basil
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 1 handful of arugula salad
- 1 scallion
- Salt
- Pepper
