Nettle frittata (2)
Instructions
Beat 4 eggs in a bowl; Add 1/2 glass of milk, 1 pinch of salt, 1 handful of nettle leaves and 4 basil leaves, then mix well and pour the mixture into a baking pan.
Put in oven previously warmed and cook for about 30 minutes.

- 4 fresh eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk

- 4 leaves of basil
