Onion and Zucchini Frittata (2)
Instructions
Clean the onions and courgettes, wash them and dry them.
Put in 1 Pan 50 g of butter and add the onions cut into thin slices and Zucchini, cover and cook for 15 minutes on a moderate flame.
Season with salt, and vegetables and bake, put in Bowl 1 egg, salt, parmesan cheese, nutmeg and milk and beat well.
When vegetables are cooked, add the mixture into the Pan and cook on both sides for 5 minutes.
