Omelette with hops
Instructions
Boil hops tops then blend with the other vegetables.
Mix with other ingredients.
Put a little oil and butter in a pan and pour the mixture turning brown on both sides.

Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 handful of hop peaks
- 2 leaflets of screw buddies
- 1 peach leaf
- A few tips of nettle
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 scallion
- 7 eggs
- 1 bun (breadcrumbs soaked in milk)
- Grated parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
